Description
Aluminum alloy sacrificial anode is referred to as aluminum anode. Commonly used aluminum anodes are Al-Zn-In and Al-Zn-Hg series anodes. The aluminum anode is directly fixed on the protected structure without filler. Because the performance of aluminum anodes is affected by the chemical composition of the alloy, we provide combinations of aluminum alloys with different compositions to meet customer needs.
Application:
Aluminum anodes are mostly used for cathodic protection of metal structures in seawater environments or the inner bottom of crude oil storage tanks, and cannot be used in soil environments with low chloride ion content. Aluminum alloy sacrificial anodes are widely used in ship hulls, ballast water tanks, seawater pipelines, port and dock facilities, marine engineering, seaport engineering, seaport facilities, drilling platforms, condensers, pipelines in sea mud, cables and other facilities for cathodic protection of metal corrosion .
