If the steel structure to be protected has a good coating or when the soil is moist, it can be used in media with a resistivity higher than 2000Ω·cm. The installation method of the zinc strip sacrificial anode: After calculation, the length of the zinc strip required for the crossing is generally 4 times the length of the protected pipeline, that is, to protect 1 meter of the crossing pipeline, 4 meters of zinc strip is required. Put the zinc tape on the pipe during installation, weld one end of the zinc tape to the protected pipe (the welding point should be one meter away from the cement casing mouth, so that the casing can be blocked), wrap the zinc tape on the pipe, and finish winding Then, fix the zinc tape with a fastening tape, and weld the other end of the zinc tape to the pipeline. After the welding is completed, perform anti-corrosion treatment.
